“Nearly six years ago my wife and I were in a bad place financially. We needed help, our local CAB, put us in touch with an advisor, she then connected us with Grant Thornton - now Aperture. This was the start of our much-needed recovery. From the very beginning, we were allocated a dedicated member of the staff, which was great as it meant we had someone to talk to. A plan was established that we could with effort, manage. Every year we were advised as to exactly where we were in the process, this was extremely helpful and in no time we were debt free and had our lives back. Since then with the benefit of the lessons learned and the help and guidance of the team at Aperture with are now in complete control of our finances and our lives. Many thanks.”

“Aperture were fantastic from start to finish. They were there for me throughout the course of the iva in a non judgemental way. After I finally plucked up the courage to admit that I was struggling with my finances I went to the citizens advice center and they arranged for me to meet someone from Aperture. From that moment on it felt like the weight of the world was lifted from my shoulders and I was set on the road to recovery. I wish I had had the courage to do this a year earlier.”

“We completed our IVA a couple of months ago after 6 years. I can honestly say that this would not have been possible if it wasn't for Grant Thornton now Aperture for their continued support, advise, understanding and professionalism throughout. Knowing that we were not alone in this journey which at times was very stressful and upsetting they were always there to support and advise. We cannot thank Aperture enough for helping us to get our lives back on track.”

“My IVA totally relieved the stress and worry I had due to not being able to afford the debt I foolishly accrued. From the very beginning I was made to feel comfortable and totally informed about the whole process. Everything was made so easy to sort out. I truely appreciate all the help I have been given sorting out my IVA in what was a considerable difficult time. Thank you”

“Going into and IVA is a big step and takes commitment, it can be very stressful especially if you have been passed on by other companies which does happen. This happened to we finally came into the hands of Aperture. They were very patient and professional and took the time to listen, always a bonus. We were very happy with the service we received from Aperture and would recommend them to others who like us find themselves in difficulty. We are now debt free and life is good. Thank you Aperture!”

“Aperture were excellent in all aspects of my IVA. There communications, advice, help and listening skills were all 5* They put together a plan that worked well for me, and my monthly payments were affordable. When I had concerns and contacted them by phone, they were always professional, and I was never made to feel that I didn't matter.”

“They are very helpful, no pressure, they help me to finished until the end of my journey. I finished my IVA early as it wasn't expected, because they made it possible for me . Now I can sleep better, free from worries, depression, and fears that I might not finish the term of my IVA. But I did it with the help of aperture. Trust and patience makes me finish my IVA,without aperture help, and support, I'm still on it. A million thanks to aperture, I will recommend you to anyone who needs your service.”

“Having an IVA was an enormous undertaking, each year the review date would come up and I would get very nervous in case the amount had to go up. I found that my case manager was kind helpful and compassionate. This helped me feel confident that they had my best wishes at heart and each review I began to fear it less and less”

“Just completed our IVA and from start to the end of the process Aperature have been helpful, understanding and non-judgemental. When we think back to 6 years ago and how we both felt about the mess our finances were in with Aperature's help we are now in a much better place. No matter how bad you think things are there is a way out. Don't sit worrying about what the post will bring; get help. Make the decision and place the call, you'll feel much better.”

“I started off a long time ago with a credit card ! Within a very short time I was offered another one at "competitive "rates and then offered better rates to combine them with another card! I think now you now where this is going. Then my car packed up so I needed a bank lone to buy another and so on, I then had a very well paid job however I got made redundant. To cut a very long story I was basically in a lot of financial trouble to say the least! So I turned to a very friendly dept solution company Aperture iva, well they really looked after me , they wrote to all the company's that I owed money to and nogaiated a plan that I could comfortably afford in a suitable time scale. I am now completely dept free and a lot happier in life and I now save for the things that I want and I don't use credit and I never will, i have learned to live with out credit during my iva term. without there help and support I would still owe thousands of pounds and would do for the rest of my life. Thank you Mike”

“They weren't judgemental. they understood the issues and supported us throughout. Importantly they were realistic and understanding. I liked the fact that they didn't inspect every minutia of our life and trusted us to do the right thing. They struck the right balance between auding annual returns and not making us feel under a microscope”

“knowing if needed I had help against the threats etc from the bulleys /creditors my dept was due to heart attack /stroke maybe they one day will find out for themselves but they do not show any compassion thank you aperture for your help and support and advise people with debt to contact aperture it may be a long haul but worth it regards and thanks again MRJJ MAHER”
