“When I commenced this IVA the company was called Baines Ernst. They were dreadful and very hard to communicate with. Shortly after my IVA commenced the company name changed and then changed again in a short space of time. Aperture were extremely helpful and sorted out a very difficult situation for me when I lost my job and was unable to keep the payments going. They worked out an affordable payment plan for me which I stuck to for the duration of my IVA. My only complaint was with their administration and updating my details when I changed my name and when I moved house as each time they failed to acknowledge my correspondence and carried on using my old name and address despite me sending several reminders. If they sort that side of things out then they will score 10/10 in my view.”

“They ensured that our IVA was completed and were always there when we had any queries . On the run up to completion they were always there to offer advice and support . On completion have given us contact details should they be required”

“Aperture gave me a life line, when I thought all was lost, especially as circumstances due to ex partner. They were always caring, polite and never judgmental. Any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who I know is in financial trouble. “The sympathetic and non-judgemental staff were a pleasure to deal with in what was a difficult and sensitive time in my life. The recent closure of my IVA not only gave me my financial freedom back but it also signified the end of an unpleasant chapter in my life and the start of a new one. I cannot thank Aperture enough for the help and support to get my finances back on track.”
