“Although I was sent the wrong size organza bags, after talking to Clare and Joe Cripps, I have since received the correct sized bags the following day. I have been impressed by the generosity of spirit shown by APL as I now have more bags than originally planned. You are the only company that I was able to find that supplies the larger sized bags. This was important because the large bags are to contain toiletries for a hospice in Hayle,Cornwall and I needed 20 bags. Thanks a lot- mistakes happen but APL put matters right. from Dave Ashton”

“I purchased 100 of APL's luxury gift boxes with my company's logo printed in gold foil. I'm ecstatic with the results, the boxes are beautiful and arrived much more quickly than advertised which was surprising when ordering so closely to Christmas. I spoke to Kati from customer service about my order before and after placing it and both times she responded very quickly and was very helpful. I'm also very impressed that the boxes are made from recycled board and sustainable paper. I will definitely be ordering again and will happily recommend these gift boxes.”

“I urgently needed an item to be delivered the next day and the time limit for next day delivery was 4.30pm I was a bit later than this and because the lady on the phone knew how urgently I needed it she pulled out all the stops to get this on the van for me, even running down to the delivery men to make sure it went on the van. I felt that this was going the extra mile to help a customer and I'm very grateful.”
