“Website easy to navigate . Order arrived next day as advertised by DPD so usefully I had a one hour delivery slot . Eco friendly black paper rope handle bags are good quality as are the rolls of Christmas ribbon . Very pleased with my order and would certainly use APL again .”

“I ordered on Friday and my delivery arrived on Monday morning. One item was missing but when I rang to let you know not only were you extremely apologetic the missing item arrived 2 days later. It turned out it was out of stock when the first items left you. I have been totally satisfied with the service you have provided thank you”
