It's on the right hand side of every product page and gives a count down clock to the minute as to how long there is left for next day delivery. Our cut off time is 4:30pm! Thank you for your comments, I'm sorry that there was a problem with the delivery but I'm very pleased to hear we were able to sort it out for you quickly. Our courier partner Interlink are very reliable however on the odd occasion sometimes deliveries do not go to plan (this is rare) and we always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
