“How refreshing to find a company with a good website and who deliver when they say they will. My order was first with a company from Amazon and after 2 weeks the order didn't arrive and I had very little feed back apart from telling me it had been dispatched by Yodel! “Absolutely amazing.
Placed my order for blue carrier bags - got a phone call very shortly afterwards from a very pleasant lady, apologising that 'blue' weren't in stock, but green could be supplied. I had no problem with colour, so was more than happy to change.
Was apologised to, once again, for the inability to cover my original order, thanked for agreeing to change, thanked again for ordering through APL and was promised my order the following day.
Although I didn't order until late afternoon, my order arrived mid morning the following day.
I was kept up to date with e-mails throughout the whole of the 18 hour process - and received another 'THANK YOU' e-mail.
