I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the service you received from us - particularly in reference to the staff who put such a great deal of time and effort into customer service.
Happily we have a straight forward solution to stocking issues in the respect that we can manufacture and print boxes for you in a specified number of units (500+) with just a little bit of notice.
For future reference we require 8-12 weeks notice so it is always best to work out how many boxes you will be using each quarter ahead of placing an order.
Please speak to a member of our customer service/sales team and we will happily confirm delivery time scales and costs.
You can have complete peace of mind knowing that you will always have boxes to hand.
