“Bad software company with bad policies. Terrible communication.
Review is in regards to Replay Music. They cancelled my lifetime license and converted to a subscription without warning. The new software doesn't work and seller said they were working on repairing it. Communication was slow but did occur initially. They never fixed the software and it doesn't work on any computer tried. When I requested a refund, they quit communicating all together. Don't know if the company is a scam but it appears they seem to be attempting to outlast my patience. Do not do business with Applian.”
“Scammed. They disable your software remotely and ask you for more money
One of the many customers that got their product disabled remotely. One day I was using it, the next day it said that the registration code was expired.
I got an absolutely absurd reply from support that basically told me to pay again.
Needless to say, I not only won't be upgrading or ever using their products again but I've switched to Cinch and won't be looking back.
Will be considering also a class-action lawsuit.”
