This company is brilliant. I bought a washing machine last month had a issue with spinning. Jagpreet the delivery guy did everything to fix the issue however eash8ng machine was faulty. Compand did exchange straight away and organized delivery for the next day.I will highly recommend Appliance online.

I have always bought appliances from stores, I was unable to get the model microwave I wanted and was told it would take about 4 weeks before it was in SA. Ordered microwave yesterday through AO in the afternoon and it was delivered before 12 noon today. Excellent customer service. I was kept informed of delivery time. Service delivery guy was polite and helpful. No hesitation about using in the future.
