Again this would appear contrary to Australian consumer law and although we asked for a refund, we got nowhere, instead being deflected to the wholesaler & who aslo has done litttle.

Absolutely horrible. Home at arranged delivery time, no delivery.
Customer service was an experience.
Caught them out lying, moved onto “supervisor”,
Told to that they could not redeliver until l provided my mobile number. Asked why they required my private mobile number.
Crickets……..
cancelled order and requested refund.
Not worth the hassle.
