Has anyone taken them to court, and what was the outcome? 2 months awaiting a £400 refund, which is not going to happen I'm sure! I've reported to Action Fraud and would encourages the hundreds of you to do the same! How can their website still be live?

contact your bank, they will be able to help, i did last night and they paid the money owed to me and they are going to chase aquabliss for the money

I too ordered some goods on 2nd July with a 1-3day delivery - no answer on phone or live chat......im wondering if something is awry….. anyone know????

They are scammers Claim your money back straight away as they will not respond or answer calls Look at the reviews, I have just left the address listed on companies house and was told lies that it’s been taken over (by the same MD) Con artists

I ordered 2 radiators on the 31 may and have not received anything. Managed to get through on phone 2 weeks ago ,and was told order had been sent to wrong address and an investigation would take place, and they would contact me in a couple of days, a week later no goods arrived and no contact from company . Again phoned the . company but message on phone line said they were having problems with phone .Tried live chat but that did not work either. I would like my moeny back.

hi I ordered a 900mm x 500mm illuminated mirror from you on the 21st of October. The money has been taken from my credit card (£262.95 - your ref 44132577827)), but I have not had any confirmation of my order or an indication of the anticipated delivery date. please could you advise me when the mirror will be delivered? thanks Julie

File a County Court Judgement against them and report to Trading Standards. These parasites are a disgrace. You will not get a refund unlless you take them to court.

I have also reported to trading standards and have issued proceedings against them. I am currently requesting judgment to be entered as they clearly do not even take court proceedings seriously. I would be interested to know if anyone else is currently pursuing Aquabliss for a refund. I am owed £349...plus court costs now. I would also like to know if Trading Standards have actually spoken to anyone re the issues with this company.

I found a vanity unit I loved, but make a point of checking reviews before I buy and now I'm totally put off.. Does no-one at Aquabliss have anything to say about their awful reputation?

Clearly not, I have made numerous complaints to the company about a purchase I made and have had no reply. I have forwarded evidence to Trading Standards!
