“Ordered red root floaters and flame moss, the flame moss was great quality but half of the red root floaters had died in the pot. Tropica already sell very small portions so I ended up paying around £5 for a tiny pinch of barely alive RRFs. Not necessarily the companies fault as it was a bank holiday and I’m sure it took longer than usual to dispatch, but it’s not the first time something like this has happened when I’ve ordered tissue culture pots.”

“Came quickly but the plant I order was a tiny crumb in a big pot. Have ordered similar plants elsewhere and the plants were much bigger. It was nothing like the size of the plant pictured in the advert for it which filled the pot. Hopefully it all survives or it’s been a very expensive buy.”

“It's OK I'm yet to see them flourish so can't judge there but I will say I was only given half of what the pictures indicate so pots aren't as full as they show.”

“Hi 2 of the ground covering grasses I ordered were great but the floating one was really bad, as soon as I opened the lid the smell was awful plus the plant was in a dreadful condition, unable to use.”

“I brought a bunch of Tissue culture plants and when they arrived a few of them were clearly on their last legs. Only time will tell if they pull through now in my tank! Other than that a good price and quick delivery.”

“Unfortunately 1 pack of the red root floaters I ordered was not healthy at all. The plants were brown and smelled as if they were rotting. I do not expect they had deteriorated this much in transit, so they must have been in bad condition when shipped. I had partly anticipated this, which was the reason for buying 2 packs, but it was still a little disappointing to have them delivered in such condition.”

“I usually get great plants from Aquascaping, but I received one rotting Rotala macrandra, the smell was very bad from the decaying :( The rest of my order is doing very good in my aquaruim. This was a first time this happened, like I said usually I get 5star products from Aquascaping”
