We were bullied and threatened into making remaining balance payment before work was completed, had to chase multiple times to get them to properly finish the job. Tried to increase the cost midway through job either through negligence or deliberately breaking tiles. Promised to provide a guarantee which had to be processed once job finished but when job finished became uncontactable with no guarantee or warranty. Associated bodies, they are claiming to be members of (Confederation of Roofers) are in process of removing John as a member due to poor conduct.”
