“It said on the packaging do not sign for until checked, however, it was delivered to the wrong location. Instead of being delivered to me, they delivered it 6 houses away. I was in all day, no one tried my house, no note, no nothing. I went out late in the evening to bring my bins in and someone I have never met before 6 house down was walking it up the road to me.”

Good morning I'm sorry you have experienced this issue with one of our couriers DHL - We do aim to get parcels to the right adresss on time. Your issue has been raised with our DHL area Managers to look into.
