your company want sales no customer service - terrible company this 24hr cancellation must be wrong would never buy from them again told the guy the bed was for our room in the attic never ever asked us if we took sizes - only interested in the sale - avoid at all costs as when we went to the shop to ask for a refund we were flatly refused - so angry at their customer service - we do not need companies like this around we need honest companies who actually care about their customers not just a sale

Very poor service courier made me wait in twice for delivery. Once items arrived boxes damaged. Opened up packaging and bed damaged. I was without a bed for days. I got an apology. I asked for a refund and even organising that was a joke they’ll only pick up when it suits them. Therefore 4 days wasted, 4 days off from work and in the end no bed. Absolutely abysmal service.

Rubbish bed poor quality 60 days does not apply when order over phone during lockdown because even although told was just the same as in store sale no need to wait for stores reopening refuse refund or replace even though I have had 3 bases sent out and my complaint was about sinking mattress 70 year old dad left out of pocket for bed

My wife decided to cancel the order and get a bed elsewhere as it would take too long to get a replacement, therefore she phoned the Glasgow office and went through the process of refund etc, after a couple of hours she noticed that she had nothing to confirm that the order had been canceled or anything to confirm the refund, we phoned the Glasgow branch again and got talking to a sales assistant, he told us that a refund will take 5-7 days to go into our account, I did point out it doesnt take 5-7 days to transfer money from one account to another but according to him it does.

After ordering a set of chest of draws in August they arrived damaged! Agreed to change draws for a new pair but would be back in stock untill the end of Oct! Nov comes and no update on new draws! Finally get sent a new set which are also damaged! Phoned to report, had no apology, took them 3weeks to organise for them to be recollected and still haven’t issued me my refund that was agreed! Absolutely useless company.

Deal with these people at your own risk. I ordered over the web.
Under no circumstance should you part with any money with this company. They have zero regard for your consumer rights and zero regard for customer service. They completely ignore any requests or dialogue on refunds and have refused to refund my cash having now had hold of it for 19 days.
I too should have listened to the reviews.
