“I posted on Sunday, was contacted at 09.30 Monday to check the telephone number, and an architect was in touch Tuesday morning. A site visit was arranged for Friday afternoon and a quotation received the following Sunday. Post to quote in one week, you cannot ask for more rapid response.”
