“Have always done a quick follow-up to see what they did right/wrong. Last time I ordered something it was out of stock for 8 or more weeks. Their liaison was very quick to offer a solution that I could live with.”
“Unfortunately I’m not a customer yet. A few days after I placed an order I was notified the product was out of stock and wouldn’t be available for 2 weeks. I’m glad they were up front (a rarity today) about the situation and, for me, leads me to believe any other issues would be handled quickly. I simply requested a refund. I’ll probably try to order it again at some point.”
