“Great company and would highly recommend them. I booked my Honeymoon in June 2022 at Constance Halaveli Resort and Arenatours offered the flights + accommodation cheaper than me booking myself. Ana, our agent, answered many questions about the Maldives and resorts before I booked and once everything was booked we were amazed at the reservation process and how smooth and easy it was for us. “This was my first time using Arenatours, and a travel agency for that matter, so I was a bit nervous at first because Marta, our agent, is based in Madrid. To ease my nervousness, I looked for other customer reviews on the internet to verify that other people had good experiences. (From everything I read, they did!). She was very receptive to our desired itinerary. I outlined my general timeline and budget, and she came back with several resorts in Maldives for me and my fiance to consider. Arenatours took care of planning everything! This included all of the transfers and international flights, insurance, etc. I had to spend pretty much no time planning any of this trip - which was exactly what I wanted. During our trip, the agency also kept in touch periodically, which was great. Overall, I would recommend Arenatours to anyone who wants to travel but does not want to deal with heavy planning.”
