“Great company and would highly recommend them. I booked my Honeymoon in June 2022 at Constance Halaveli Resort and Arenatours offered the flights + accommodation cheaper than me booking myself. Ana, our agent, answered many questions about the Maldives and resorts before I booked and once everything was booked we were amazed at the reservation process and how smooth and easy it was for us. “Ana is a very responsible person. She listened to me very carefully via whatsapp and made the itinerary perfect. You can't believe how fast she would respond to my questions every single time, She made us enjoy the trip 100% as we didn't worry about the domestic flight between islands. She even managed to get us a complimentary upgrade in Praslin as she knew that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. My husband and I never had the experience with a travel planner. Valentina ci aveva descritto nel dettaglio ogni cosa delle camere prenotate, è stata sempre disponibile per rispondere alle nostre domande ed aggiornarci sulle nuove disposizioni relative al Covid 19 (che cambiavano frequentemente).

“This was my first time using Arenatours, and a travel agency for that matter, so I was a bit nervous at first because Marta, our agent, is based in Madrid. To ease my nervousness, I looked for other customer reviews on the internet to verify that other people had good experiences. (From everything I read, they did!). She was very receptive to our desired itinerary. I outlined my general timeline and budget, and she came back with several resorts in Maldives for me and my fiance to consider. Arenatours took care of planning everything! This included all of the transfers and international flights, insurance, etc. I had to spend pretty much no time planning any of this trip - which was exactly what I wanted. During our trip, the agency also kept in touch periodically, which was great. Overall, I would recommend Arenatours to anyone who wants to travel but does not want to deal with heavy planning.”

“Dank der Hilfe von Gianluca, unserem Agenten bei Arenatours, haben wir eine Reise nach Tansania für eine 4-Nächte-Safari gebucht, um danach mindestens eine Woche am Strand zu verbringen. Er hat uns empfohlen Sansibar zu wählen. Eine ausgezeichnete Wahl! Ein sehr kurzer Flug und am Flughafen wartete auch schon ein Fahrer auf uns, der uns zum Resort im Nordosten der Insel brachte. “Wir haben am Sonntagabend eine Online-Anfrage an Arenatours geschickt, am Montagmorgen hatten wir bereits unser Angebot erhalten. Wir hatten nach einem Aufenthalt für zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern gefragt, unser Agent Gianluca schlug verschiedene Resorts vor und wir entschieden uns für das Olhuveli. Eine ziemlich große Insel, mit vielen Aktivitäten, einem Kinderclub und einem großen Hauptrestaurant mit einem unglaublichen Buffet.
Wir haben einige Ausflüge mitgemacht. Manche davon waren schon inklusive, andere mussten wir extra bezahlen. Aber, jeder einzelne Ausflug hat sich gelohnt! Unser Tip: Sagt vorher was ihr alles vort Ort machen möchtet und schaut, was evtl. schon vorher online buchbar ist.

“Mein Sohn ist ein großer Fußballfan und hat vor einiger Zeit im Baglioni Resort, einem von Italienern geführten Hotel, einen italienischen Fußballspieler im Urlaub gesehen. Wir haben uns entschlossen, es zu testen, es war unser 3. Mal auf den Malediven.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vor allem was die Restaurants anbelangt. Wir lieben die italienische Küche, und es war eine Woche voller köstlicher Mittag- und Abendessen.
Die Insel ist sehr schön, das Resort neu, weil es erst vor wenigen Jahren eröffnet wurde. Das war wirklich eine schöne Überraschung.”

After a couple of calls and emails with Ana, we opted for a stay at Amilla fushi. It was an amazing resort with a friendly, professional staff.
