Thanks to the emergency number, we were able to speak with Ana all the time and get updates on our journey and what steps to do next! As soon as we landed in Sri Lanka, everything worked out perfectly! The driver was always polite and on time, knew a lot about the culture, traditions etc. and made us feel very welcome. Arenatours half uns bei der Planung einer maßgeschneiderten Reise zu unserem Traumziel. Im Vorfeld der Reise traten aufgrund von COVID-19 zahlreiche Probleme auf, die die Reise hätten gefährden können und für viel Ärger sorgten. Dank Sara von Arenatours hatten wir die nötige Unterstützung, um die Probleme zu lösen und alternative Lösungen zu finden, um Flüge, Transfers und den anschließenden Aufenthalt im Resort abzusichern. Vor, während und nach unserem Aufenthalt wurden wir stets von Sara aus Italien unterstützt. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war wirklich gut, die örtlichen Mitarbeiter halfen uns bei allen Transfers und dem Papierkram, der vor der Rückreise erledigt werden musste.
