2 reasons I give 1 star although the product might be of high quality:
1. the bottle I received wasn't sealed or secured in any way, it was just easily opened without any click.
2. I also noticed that the product image differs from the actual bottle. In this point, I don't focus on the labels but rather the sealing method.
Although I appreciate the healthy products you offer, I'd expect a refund for this situation.
