“Worst food ever tasted and worst customer service. I ordered a meal to be delivered and all I can say that whatever had been handed to me was NOT food. There was something that was supposed to be a chicken kebab which was cold and had a strange chemical taste, there was a cheese burger with no cheese which wasn't cooked properly, a pizza that again was cold and again soggy and the chips were cold and like cardboard. The side salad (yes granted it's meant to be on the side) only had one small piece of tomato and one small piece of cucumber in amongst cabbage. I tried said "food" and promptly put it straight tin the bin wasting good money. I phoned to complain and was told by the "lady" who answered that she would ring me back the following day at approx 5.30 once she'd spoken to the manager. You will probably not be surprised to learn that this phone call never happened. I had to ring at 9pm as I needed to advise her that I had been sick in the night. When I did this she immediately became abusive and accused me of "swinging the lead" which I took great offence to and when I took exception to this she was louder and basically told me to leave a bad review and she promptly hung up. Firstly, if she was employed to answer the phone then she needs to be retrained as she should not be allowed to deal with customers with the bad attitude she had and secondly, she shouldn't tell lies about promising to ring customers back when she had no intention of doing so (the excuse of being too busy is a bit like saying the cheques in the post - a pile of crap). I appeal to all local customers to this business to avoid at all costs. I have never come across such bad manners in my entire life which was a far worse experience than the food and that's saying something.”
