“I had such a great experience with Aritzia’s customer service! I purchased several sale items in different sizes to try on, but didn’t realize I’d be refunded to a gift card/credit on returning the sizes that didn’t fit. When I inquired on why I had received a gift card, they noted this policy but made an exception for me, refunding to my original payment method without me even needing to ask!
I also received an item I didn’t purchase instead of one I did, which was really unfortunate as the item I wanted is sold out now, but their customer service team were really apologetic and made it easy for me to return the item I didn’t order/refund the one I didn’t receive.
It was so refreshing to have such great customer service like this as it just seems so rare these days!”
