“Like all the other reviews, hindsight is a great thing. I only wish I had checked here before making the mistake of ordering online. The long delay and blatant lying by customer services is deeply disappointing when you are excited about a purchase that never arrives. First call to customer service involved blatant lying that the parcel would be with me next day, despite an email stating Evri had returned the parcel to HQ. Second call disconnected me when he heard why I was calling. Third call just incessant queuing and finally being told it was still being delivered when it was not then another deliberate disconnection. How is customer service NOT aware of an email I received stating the package had been sent back to Arket?”
“Awful. Worst customer service I have received in a long time. Order shipped to wrong address (a different town!). Although the item hasn't been shipped yet, and they admit their mistake, they refuse to amend their error and ship to my correct address, and want me to wait 6 days until its delivered to the wrong town, then wait another 3 days for it to be returned to them unclaimed, before they issue a refund. Unbelievable. DONT USE!!!”
“ARKET does not offer functional returns from Iceland – be warned.
I ordered several clothing items and returned them within the return period, paying to send them back. The parcel was rejected and returned to me. When I contacted customer service, I was told I now needed to return the parcel using UPS—but only via drop-off, and the nearest location is 60 km away.
I don’t have a printer. There’s no pickup option. I followed all instructions, paid for return shipping, and now I’m expected to pay again, travel long distances, and manage logistics that ARKET should have planned for. This is not a return policy.
ARKET advertises international delivery and returns but does not have the infrastructure to support basic returns from Iceland. If you live in a country without UPS coverage, you may find yourself stuck like I did: out of money, out of clothes, and out of options.
