“I have not got my parcel that has been returned to the seller as a receiver (the pickup point-store) refused it. Arket plays with the customers and leaves them without any support. How do I value them after two attempts of shopping? 0/10!”

“lovely staff in coffee shop but I had to shop independantly when buying my new coat in the branch at Stratford Westfield shopping centre.”
