dont buy from aroma-zone received water down products the rosa mosqueta oil is watered down there is no smell (the real rosa mosqueta smell is quite strong) also the color is very pale while the real mosqueta has an orange color. Totally dissatisfied by these scammers!!!!!!!!!!! i contacted them for a refund but never heard them back. DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!!!!

The package is held at the French airport Roissy Charles de Gaulle because of "missing documents". It seems after a year Aroma-Zone still don't know how to deal with post brexit new customs rules. They are not replying my messages so it seems I have lost 90 euros. Avoid if you are a non France résident.

I still have a pending delivery form 2 months and no action is taken from their side.

On March 17, 2020 I placed an order with Aroma-Zone and my card was immediately charged (200EU). The order was supposed to arrive by March 26. On April 13th the vendor’s own carrier informed me that the parcel hasn’t even left France, at which time, in line with Aroma-Zone’s own regulations, I declined receiving the parcel and sent a request for a full refund. As of today, 41 days after the order, the parcel’s still in France, Aroma-Zone did not refund my money or answer a single question I sent about my case. In my opinion – and no matter the current situation, this type of behavior is no longer just horrible customer service. It’s criminal.
