“The first part of the delivery, through the post office came quickly, but the 2nd part was delivered by DHL and was mit delivered as there was no-one home - It then took five days and a phone call to arrange the delivery. I don't see why there had to be 2 deliveries at all - both were printer inks - one from ARP (own brand) and one from Brother.
I find it a shame that ARP closed their branch in Roitkreutz. I used to be able to pick things up nthere and take advantage of special offers. Now they are just another on-line company with prices that are not particularly low”
