“ Phoned customer services to ask when they would be back to collect discarded item which I paid for to be taken away and they advised this would not be happening, requested my £35 refund for non collection and again advised this would not be happening, AVOID AVOID AVOID, just look at all the terrible reviews previously from other customer. ”
