“Tracking isn't true, states delivery attempted but unsuccessful at ridiculous times like 05.40, then states they noticed the wrong item was sent, then the item was in a different part of the warehouse and couldn't be scanned out in time, then the parcel was damaged, then the delivery will take place in several days. Seems they accept large parcels for Amazon and then can't deliver them within the timescales Amazon set. Amazon wont contact them directly and arrow xl get away with it. Shocking customer service from both. Wasted 7 hours going between the two over the past three days and still no delivery date despite being due 3 days ago and tracking being sent twice and then never having been scheduled. Avoid, shocking service.”

“The delivery services is not reliable. I bought a washing machine at Hughes and ArrowXL manage the delivery. They didn't delivery the washing machine to my house three times. Every times they said no one replied the door. In fact, we were at home but didn't hear someone knocked on the door. At the last time, we installed a doorbell for them. Besides, my daughter standed in the kitchen and look at the window for an hour. She didn’t see any delays through. ArrowXL was still say no one in. That is a lie. The delivery delay for a week. I decided to cancel the order. I will checkwith the store for the the delivery company before the placing order.”
“I had the unfortunate experience of using ArrowXL for the delivery and installation of a washing machine, and I am beyond dissatisfied with the entire process.
First and foremost, the delivery crew arrived and refused to install the washing machine as part of the service I paid for. They then walked off, claiming they would drop it off but drove away instead, leaving me without the appliance. To make matters worse, they took the washing machine with them—something I had already paid for.
I tried to resolve the situation calmly by asking for their names and requesting that they leave the washing machine so I could get someone else to install it. However, instead of resolving the issue professionally, the crew became rude and walked off without any further communication. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional, and I was left in a highly inconvenient situation, especially since I have young children at home and urgently need the washing machine.
The response from ArrowXL has been equally disappointing. Instead of addressing the crew’s unacceptable actions, I’ve been told that my order is canceled and that they are in the process of returning the washing machine to the retailer for a refund. However, I still do not have the washing machine I paid for, and I am now being treated as if I am at fault for simply asking for the service I was promised.
This experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I would strongly caution anyone thinking about using ArrowXL for delivery and installation services. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction are completely unacceptable.”
“Absolutely useless, waited in all day for a damaged cooker to be picked up to be told that they had tried to pick it up and I wasn't in. I've been waiting all day for this to be picked up and I know 100 percent no one has been to my address as I've had the front door open all day. “Single bed due on 14 Feb. No time slot. At 7.30am that morning I received a text saying they needed more information before they could deliver. Told me that once it was tagged back into the warehouse in Worcester they would attempt the delivery. Promise of 24hrs notice was made. A week of phone calls later nothing had arrived. This morning, whilst driving on business I was phoned by the driver to say that he would bring the bed in an hour.
The delivery driver assured me that the beds had been tagged into the Launceston warehouse and notice sent to Arrow XL.
I will never order anything that has to be delivered by Arrow again.”

Verbally abused by the delivery driver on my doorstep, called the c word by him, just took my delivery with him. Then lied to by a female manager on the phone that i continued to ask the same question until she realised I knew the true, had to apologise. No one should be spoken to in the manner that I was, still yet to receive my delivery neither…… probably the worst out there by a long shot.”

“Unreliable delivery company
The delivery was scheduled for saturday with a delivery window of 15:15-18:15. The delivery drivers arrived one hour earlier than the scheduled window, causing significant inconvenience. I do not reside permanently in the apartment and have an infant making it difficult to plan smth with a short notice.
The driver called only 25 minutes in advance, and unfortunately, I missed the call. I only discovered the voicemail 50 minutes later. I immediately took a taxi to the address, arriving 20 minutes before the start of the scheduled delivery window (as evidenced by my Uber receipt).
However, I was informed that the delivery had already been attempted twice and the second time at 15:16 and that the drivers had left a photo of the closed door as proof. While they cannot provide this photo for some reason, I have the Uber receipt as clear evidence of my timely arrival.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. The early arrival and the subsequent claim that I was not home despite my timely arrival are completely inaccurate and have caused significant inconvenience and distress.
I strongly advise against using this delivery company in the future. Their unreliable service and lack of customer consideration will undoubtedly lead to the loss of valuable clients.
I will be contacting Very to express my concerns about this unsatisfactory delivery experience and to reconsider any future orders with them due to the unreliability of their delivery partner.”
“Total lies. Delivery changed from 2-4pmto 6-8pm to 7-9pm and then at 7:30pm cancelled the delivery. Unfortunately this has happened on three separate occasions with this company ..... all with the same answer- they've had vehicle problems. If that is the case, maybe invest in better vehicles or start telling the truth. Awful company. Would never order anything that would rely on Arrow to deliver.”
“Absolutely appalling service. Was messaged to say delivery was due by 1.15pm and then got a call at 5.55pm to say due to the weather they couldn't delivery. Utter lies, followed the tracker and they stopped for a couple of hours and then clearly were finishing at 6pm. When asked about the weather conditions they couldn't explain what the effect was. Blatant lies as they were only 2 stops away. Appalling service. Disgraceful that Amazon associate with them.”

“Been waiting for our TV which we bought over 3 weeks ago! ArrowXL are beyond useless, saying that we were not in the last few times when we were and have been waiting for all this time. They didn't even drive down my road and lie that they did. Why do Amazon insist on using them for large items? I'm now going to cancel the order and go get the TV myself. Liars and utterly useless. This is the second large item they haven't bothered to deliver in the last 6 months.”
“Pig ignorance!!! Would give 0* if possible! Parcel was supposed to arrive between 8am to 8pm on the 16th - stayed in all day only to be told (at 8pm!) by Amazon that the delivery had been cancelled and to contact the seller. Was rearranged for the 20th. Unfortunately, the people delivering were pig ignorant when it did come! Big heavy wardrobe flat pack and chest of drawers dumped on the bottom of the steps and not even a single offer to help (not that you should have to ask) me up the stairs with it. This was despite me clearly struggling and straining my back and was just ignored once they'd dumped it on my door! Totally rude delivery men and atrocious delivery experience overall. Never again! Avoid like the plague even if it means paying extra for delivery. Cannot believe the ignorance of this company - hopefully they'll stop getting contracts and have to dissolve (not fit for purpose). Disgusting that Amazon uses these clowns!”
