“Unable to track or speak to someone as to where my goods are
I was told that my item was being delivered yesterday on the 28th, I booked the day off and used the tracking to see where my delivery was and the tracking was showing, I was number 6. the vehicle never moved and i tried the chat window, no response, I tried the chat window since 7.15am and no response, I have called at 11.35am I was told I was number 64 and waited 1hr 53 mins to be told to wait a minute whilst they check and they just ended the call. I would not expect that from any help line and still nothing is showing on the tracking and no email or message to say where my goods are. Totally disgusted”
“Amazon order was supposed to be delivered Monday, recieved a message Sunday night to say it wasn't going to be possible and would be delayed until Friday.
Another message Friday morning to say it wasn't going to possible to deliver my order (After the time they'd previously promised to deliver!) and that they would be in touch later in the day to confirm a new date and time.
Tried calling and they have closed all phone lines in lieu of new online chat. Waited > 2 hours with the online chat open and then they shut for the day.
Couldn't really have gone any worse but who knows, I still don't have my order!”
“If I could have given a zero I would have done, I am disabled and was waiting for a cooker to be delivered but instead I got a text to say they couldn’t deliver as they couldn’t be bothered to drive down the road where I live or carry the oven up 8steps to my property, I arranged for my old cooker to be taken away yesterday for the new one to go in today, so now I have no cooker at all thanks to the incompetence of Arrow, you are an absolute disgrace”

“They did not deliver my appliance... I tracked the journey the start., right up to the time my item was to be delivered next! Instead I received a notification from them to say there was no one in and that a card was left!!! Blatant lie from the crew. My whole day was disrupted and I still haven't got a response from the many different medias to intact them... very disappointing!
They sent notification to book a redelivery for a day in December! Ridiculous!!!”
“Waited all day for my sofa delivery at 6pm they arrive. No prior phone call and they didn’t ring the doorbell (I saw them outside).
They proceed to tell me that they won’t carry it to a third floor. Which was news to me. They asked me why I didn’t say??? I’ve never had a company not deliver to me??
So I have a three seater sofa sat in a communal hallway. Let’s hope it doesn’t get nicked. Single parent so scrabbling around now to find someone who could help me take it up the stairs.

“Worst company I have dealt with, after waiting all day for a sofa to be picked up, I heard nothing and spent an hour on the phone trying to rearrange another pick up, once again they never showed up. I've just spent another 2 hrs on the phone to arrange a 3rd time pick up, only to be told to wait for a phone call. I've had 2 sofas in boxes in my front room for over 2 weeks now and can't move in my small flat I'm losing my mind”
“I’ve been waiting for few hours for the delivery. They never call me when they arrived and I just missed that 5 mins, they were gone and just leave the card and said no one home. This is the worst company ever.”
“My delivery did not come today and I got a update saying it was carded. I have been in the house all morning and checked and no card is here to say they came to my house. Upon phoning them after 1 missed call I found out after talking to them they went to the wrong house with a red door "mine is black". Nothing has been done to rectify this situation and now the cowboys are asking me to reschedule.
They also lied about phoning me more than once which they did not, and never apologised for going to wrong address and now I have to reschedule.”
“I was waiting for a mirror to be delivered but was told it couldn’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour I had to personally sign for it , I had to visit an elderly sick friend so couldn’t be home but they wouldn’t budge, I asked how to reschedule but nobody got back to me on that one, so i cancelled my order”
“Anyone in there right mind stay away let down from start to finish delivery driver the rudest person on the plant phone up and spoke to three members of there customer service team one to change address as house number wrong two days later still tried to deliver to wrong address although the driver would have driven past me didn't even deliver to that address I could of walked 100 meters up the road to collect driver didn't even unload took it upon himself to not unload and take back to depo left with out a sofa for my new address for 12 days and counting what a joke”

Eventually an 'advisor' joined the online chat, asking for further information. Because I didn't respond within 3 minutes, they closed the chat.

“I have received a shocking service in Cornwall – 4 failed deliveries of a Fridge Freezer, leading to me having to cancel the order. The first 3 times the wrong size vehicle was sent and on the 4th attempt today I was given no reason for the failure to deliver. I have concluded that ArrowXL is incapable of reliably fulfilling deliveries in Cornwall. Any attempt to contact ArrowXL involves spending hours on hold, emails are not monitored and webchat is ineffective.”
“AVOID AT ALL COSTS, was meant to be receiving a delivery between 1400 1600, not one bit of attempt to deliver the item and then went on to lie saying I had changed the date, havnt been able to get in touch with anyone at the company to change the date if I wanted to! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE”

It was the worst experience I ever had with delivery company and the customer service. Coming whenever they want, no one call me to inform about schedule changes, according to map they were at absolutely different place. After 5 days I received my parcels wet and damaged.
Customer service replies with one sentence after hour or two. And the end they apologies but there is nothing they can do.”
“If only I had reviewed this company first I would have avoided it like the plague... Horrendous customer service, dumped my goods in the garden and didn't take away old item which I paid extra for them do so. Phoned customer services to ask when they would be back to collect discarded item which I paid for to be taken away and they advised this would not be happening, requested my £35 refund for non collection and again advised this would not be happening, AVOID AVOID AVOID, just look at all the terrible reviews previously from other customer. I could only put 1 star as the option for no star is not available.”
“Awful company, ordered an American fridge freezer. They gave me a 3 hour delivery window. In that window I got a message to say they couldn’t deliver it because it was too heavy even though it was on the lorry already and only 5 minutes away. Messed me around and my day ruined taking time off work to make sure I’m home. Do not use this company”
