My delivery did not come today and I got a update saying it was carded. I have been in the house all morning and checked and no card is here to say they came to my house. Upon phoning them after 1 missed call I found out after talking to them they went to the wrong house with a red door "mine is black". Nothing has been done to rectify this situation and now the cowboys are asking me to reschedule. They also lied about phoning me more than once which they did not, and never apologised for going to wrong address and now I have to reschedule.

I was waiting for a mirror to be delivered but was told it couldn’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour I had to personally sign for it , I had to visit an elderly sick friend so couldn’t be home but they wouldn’t budge, I asked how to reschedule but nobody got back to me on that one, so i cancelled my order

Anyone in there right mind stay away let down from start to finish delivery driver the rudest person on the plant phone up and spoke to three members of there customer service team one to change address as house number wrong two days later still tried to deliver to wrong address although the driver would have driven past me didn't even deliver to that address I could of walked 100 meters up the road to collect driver didn't even unload took it upon himself to not unload and take back to depo left with out a sofa for my new address for 12 days and counting what a joke

WhatsApp and Online chat available. Wanted to inform them I won't be in for the proposed delivery slot. Waited for well over an hour on both. Eventually an 'advisor' joined the online chat, asking for further information. Because I didn't respond within 3 minutes, they closed the chat. Still waiting for a response from the WhatsApp message. Any day now.....

I have received a shocking service in Cornwall – 4 failed deliveries of a Fridge Freezer, leading to me having to cancel the order. The first 3 times the wrong size vehicle was sent and on the 4th attempt today I was given no reason for the failure to deliver. I have concluded that ArrowXL is incapable of reliably fulfilling deliveries in Cornwall. Any attempt to contact ArrowXL involves spending hours on hold, emails are not monitored and webchat is ineffective.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, was meant to be receiving a delivery between 1400 1600, not one bit of attempt to deliver the item and then went on to lie saying I had changed the date, havnt been able to get in touch with anyone at the company to change the date if I wanted to! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

ad… It was the worst experience I ever had with delivery company and the customer service. Coming whenever they want, no one call me to inform about schedule changes, according to map they were at absolutely different place. After 5 days I received my parcels wet and damaged. Customer service replies with one sentence after hour or two. And the end they apologies but there is nothing they can do.

If only I had reviewed this company first I would have avoided it like the plague... Horrendous customer service, dumped my goods in the garden and didn't take away old item which I paid extra for them do so. Phoned customer services to ask when they would be back to collect discarded item which I paid for to be taken away and they advised this would not be happening, requested my £35 refund for non collection and again advised this would not be happening, AVOID AVOID AVOID, just look at all the terrible reviews previously from other customer. I could only put 1 star as the option for no star is not available.

Awful company, ordered an American fridge freezer. They gave me a 3 hour delivery window. In that window I got a message to say they couldn’t deliver it because it was too heavy even though it was on the lorry already and only 5 minutes away. Messed me around and my day ruined taking time off work to make sure I’m home. Do not use this company

ArrowXL give me my ******* mattress before I go insane. First delivery attempt was (sorta) my bad I will admit. I had to go to work and they didnt show up until the last 30 min of their delivery window, if I had know the hassle that awaited me I wouldve just been late to work. However, they also do not give u a choice of time slots or even tell you the delivery window until very last minute. Get the call from the delivery guy I say Im so sorry I had to go to work I need to reschedule. I do not get an email or text on how to reschedule. I reach out to them multiple times and am finally offered a new date THREE DAYS later I say fine whatever. Then im told there is a redelivery fee of £50. I said I was not paying that when there was a 3 day gap between deliveries. They waived it. Mattress was supposed to show up yesterday between 4 and 6 pm as confirmed by an email and text. it never showed up. today the ArrowXL customer service is telling me that the delivery was NEVER BOOKED ? i just want my mattress jesus christ

Awful awful company. My first order worh Studio took 5 weeks until they finally admitted it was lost. Studio the resent the items and on the day of delivery the drivers says the parcel isn't on the van. 5 hours later they update the tracking to say it was delivered with an electronic signature all lies I've never come across a company like them these companies need to stop using them

If I could give 0 stars I would. Twice I have booked a delivery with them, twice I have had to take a holiday from work and twice ArrowXL have moved my delivery to the following day. Wouldn't trust them to deliver a local takeaway, never mind being a shipping company.

I ordered a bed on 6th Aug from Very said it would be delivered 12Aug between 1400-1700 got message at 12:30 saying sorry we missed you told to rebook delivery I was in nobody even tried to visit said they left card that’s a lie. I live in sheltered housing and they have to come through security doors near office to get to my address rescheduled now for Friday 15th Aug let’s see if they deliver then

One star is far too generous. This company are as useful as a chocolate teacup. On 4 occasions they have failed to deliver a washing machine the excuses get more adventurous each time. Absolutely useless

My delivery is 3 days late, no update...nothing. They phoned on the day and said they can't find the parcel and they'd update me afterwards. I tried to contact customer service online chat and I was told I need to wait until it's scanned in, even though my delivery date was 3 days back! I don't know where my parcel is and it seems that they don't know either. No communication and I'm now left in the dark not knowing a day or time I have to be in, or if it's even going to be delivered. Also in trying to message them they replied in messages that were 2 hours after my reply. I've never dealt with a delivery company that is so incompetent and doesn't seem to care about the people it's supposed to provide good service to. Will certainly steer clear of these charlatans in the future!

Avoid at all cost this company needs shutting down. I have never had a co.pany tell so many lies. 2 failed delivery's despite being sent tracking info then been told so many lies everyone I spoke to had a different story. Dont believe a word they say and avoid using at all costs. They don't deserve a 1 star review.

Arrow XL is hands down the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. My delivery has now been rebooked FIVE times, and they’ve failed to show up every single time. No explanation, no apology — just silence and another useless reschedule. To make matters worse, every failed attempt forces me to wait 3 full days just to get a new delivery date, which they then miss again. This has gone from frustrating to downright insulting. How can a company operate like this and still be in business? The lack of urgency or responsibility is a joke. After multiple failures — none of which were my fault — you’d think they’d at least prioritise my parcel. But no, I’m left chasing shadows while they continue to waste my time. If you see Arrow XL as the delivery option — run. Terrible communication, zero reliability, and absolutely no respect for customers' time.
