Shocking service, will never use again. Item not arrived in the given delivery slot, paused extra for a Saturday delivery. upon contacted customer services. I have been informed the driver has turned of his tracker and now missing in action along with parcel?

AVOID !!!!!! Absolutely disgusting company. Had to get a washing machine delivered from insurance and I already made them aware that I lived on the second floor in a flat and and when the delivery team showed up they REFUSED TO DELIVER because they had to carry it up stairs and wanted a lift !! 2 big men could not carry a slimline washing machine. Outrageous!

Amazon use this company and I have learnt my lesson. AVOID AT ALL COST. Will never order again from amazon due to them using a delivery company such as this one. Who knows when my refund of several hundred pounds will be processed. Bought the TV from Currys in the end.

Ordered a TV from amazon, delivery was going to be, Wednesday 3rd April. Stayed in all day, at 6pm, they said they were running late, and would be there by 8pm. No Show. Next day called Arrow XL, Stayed on phone for 20 minutes then call handler cut me off, opened a WhatsApp chat, they claimed TV was sent to the wrong depot, so would take another week to get it, so I cancelled my order and had a refund from Amazon. Amazon why are you using this awful Company.

I ordered a parcel from Amazon. Arrow is delivering it. I received confirmation it would be delivered on the 1st of April. Waited at home all day. They never showed up. Late in the day, I contacted Arrow via chat as no one answered the phone. I was told the parcel was never to be delivered on the 1st. They asked me to update details with phone number on a web page. The page refreshed and indicated a delivery date of the 4th. They then said it would be delivered on the 4th. Having waited the entire day, I forwarded the late/missed delivery information to Amazon. Amazon apologized and provided compensation for the missed delivery. Today I received another email from Arrow asking me to confirm details. I did. It refreshed and indicated a delivery date on the 10th! I went back to chat with Arrow. They claimed it had never been scheduled for the 1st, denied any knowledge of the earlier chat, and claimed it had never been scheduled for the 1st, or the 4th! The person on chat also tried to tell me the email I received today was actually the same one I received days ago, as if I had opened the same old email, clearly implying it was my fault their system dropped the earlier delivery. The chat employee then started insulting me telling me I was dealing with Amazon, not Arrow in my earlier chats. I know the difference between Amazon, and their professional system and Arrow and their chat program. I still don’t have the package. Arrow refuses to put it back on for delivery for the 4th. Shame on Amazon and Arrow for the poor service.

Took a day off work to receive a replacement TV via D&G. Change my delivery slot twice. Stayed in all day until I had a call at 18.00 saying the driver had ran out of time and I wouldn't be getting my delivery. Rearranged delivery for nearly a week later. Absolute disgrace of a company. Please avoid these cowboys!

Would have given no stars if an option. 2 separate failed deliveries , drivers can’t find address so basically give up . 2 missed days amid work and missed appointments due to waiting in, absolutely appalling Mickey Mouse company

Absolutely disgusting service!! Refused to bring the fridge into the house and left it in the garden, had to bring our old fridge out even though we paid extra for them to install. Driver broke our washing line and didn't say anything (saw him do it).

Just awful customer service. Nobody cares. Was told they couldn't fit a van down the road and instead of calling they just gave up. Then notified me the next day. This is yodel rebranded and they're awful. Never order anything slightly larger than a cat off very they'll use this company or yodel. Stay well away.

I just had 2 drivers for this company come and collect a tv that was faulty and can honestly say the worst experience I have had with any courier company. First they were calling myself back and forth all day about not wanting to collect it because it wasn't in its original packaging, even though head office told me and them it doesn't need to be, its fine. Then they arrived and the first thing one of the drivers said was why isn't it packed and ready, staring at me like he was going to attack me or something. I was totally shocked, the other driver wanted me to sign a disclaimer saying that if any damage happened to the TV whilst in their possession I must take blame for it, as you imagine I certainly didn't sign that. Then the other driver went on to tell me how bad his job is and what he has to put up with all the time all while swearing left right and centre, right next to my sons bedroom who heard everything. I'm honestly left shaking and considering taking legal action.

Awful company. Failed to deliver our item as "they didn't realise we lived in town" and "needed a smaller van". Then had to ring them twice to rectify this and it STILL did not get delivered on the rearranged delivery date as they " booked the wrong delivery slot". Both people I spoke to on the phone were nice but managers are illusive and no one sounded like they knew what they were doing. Not sure what is happening, is anyone aware of what their job is...? After now having to take two days off work to wait in for a delivery that has failed to arrive, I would expect some kind of compensation and for a manager to be getting in touch straight away rather than the estimated wait of 2-4 hours for a call back.

Informed me my items had been deliverd only to find out they had been left outside at a different address, had to collect the items myself which where very heavy , I don't think they could read addresses.

I ordered a large 23L microwave from Amazon on 29 Feb 2024. Unfortunately, Amazon chose ArrowXL as the courier for the item. This inevitably led to me never receiving the item. First off, if you’re not aware, ArrowXL used to be called YodelXL. Yep, that’s correct, before a rebranding in April 2023 they were an arm of the infamous, unreliable and highly-untrustworthy Yodel. It appears despite a rebrand, they have continued with their far below par performance standards. My recent experience is absolute testament to this. You guessed it, my item was “lost” at the ArrowXL warehouse. When we say lost, this is their choice of word. I would be more inclined to suggest it has been stolen by one of their light-fingered employees, up to their old tricks again. I have numerous experiences of this happening with Yodel, so it wouldn’t be a giant leap of imagination to conclude that under the new branding, the employees are still the same dubious lot. To make matters worse, when things go wrong, ArrowXL customer services is beyond shocking. They simply don’t care. No apologies. They say they’ll be in touch asap, but never do reach out. Absolutely all leg work in finding out what’s happened has to be done by you, the customer. And expect lies, deceit and a complete lack of care or sympathy along the way. However, once my package was finally declared on the system as lost with the status set to “Order Cancelled - Administrative or Procedural Error” (a description that’s not entirely painting a true picture of events), it was finally time to make a formal complaint. For some context, to arrive at this point over an 8-day period, I’ve made two calls to customer services (both were friendly, professional and pleasant advisors) and I’d guess maybe six conversations with their online chat advisers (all wholly unhelpful, unsympathetic and bordering on dishonest in their description of what has happened). However, the absolute hero of the firm was the Customer Complaints representative – Liam – who called me after my lengthy complaints email. Liam listened to everything I had to say, described the audit and investigation process they undertake in such circumstances, was sympathetic throughout, and unfortunately confirmed that I’ll never see the package – even if it’s found at a later date in the warehouse. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the order, I will also not receive a replacement or any financial compensation. So ArrowXL have basically lost me a relatively pricey asset with no financial compensation for their actions (as I said, I suspect theft by an employee). Other key points of the experience were with me rearranging meetings and appointments to be in the house on an agreed day to receive the package. Only for them to text on midnight that day to say there was a problem so it wouldn’t arrive. That is literally the only communication they instigated in the whole ordeal, until Liam phoned after my complaint was sent (which I cc’d the group COO into). Despite the huge inconvenience this caused me, there was no apology forthcoming. Just contempt by the online customer services (despite my friendly and professional manner on each occasion). So, that’s my experience with the rebranded Yodel. Another nightmare. A company who do not care one iota about their end customers. Dishonest, untrustworthy or incompetent? Whichever it is, I would suggest it’s not a KPI you want in a courier who’s handling your goods. We need to keep our eyes out for these rebrands and keep retailers in the loop of dodgy and unscrupulous bandits like this. Hopefully we will finally see Yodel/ArrowXL plummet into liquidation sometime soon. Until that happens, please just try to avoid them at all costs.

Avoid this company and avoid companies who use this courier. I can't make delivery slots before 9am and the washing machine has been dispatched for delivery before 9am twice despite contacting ArrowXL soon after allocated slot to say that I won't be able to make it. This is despite making a complaint in the first 24 hours after the first delivery attempt and speaking to a customer service manager who added a note about deliveries after 9am on my file. I'm beginning to lose track of the number of phone calls, emails and chat conversations I've had about this now. One phone call in particular used language that was very negative of anyone who had fixed commitments in the day like dropping off or picking up children. In my case they've been very unhelpful about working around health needs that are covered in the Equality Act 2010 (which almost all of the people I've spoken to seem to be unaware of). This company does not allow you to book slots that are narrower than something like 6.30am to 5pm, then you are allocated a slot within that the previous day. They then load it onto the van regardless of if you can make that slot or not, even if you contact them first thing. You might not be able to rebook for several days. I can't make the slot allocated tomorrow, so it might be next week before I'm able to rebook another delivery attempt. I'm currently escalating this within both their complaints system and with AEG/Electrolux who have chosen them as their courier.

Very poor service, lies on updates and then the last minute when you expect your delivery you get a call to say they can’t deliver until their chosen date as if l will be at home! This company thinks customers just sit at home 247, what a joke and what’s the point of customers choosing a booking slot if you can’t honour it? The

Rude, incompetent and liars. Did a delivery and installation of a washing machine on behalf of Miele. Botched the installation, machine leaked. Also dislodged the outlet pipe on our drier so that leaked too. After many calls, failed to call me back, used wrong number, etc. finally team arrived, unannounced, to do a reinstallation, however the team was expecting to take the machine away, not do a reinstallation. Best they could do was to ‘give it a go’. As not trained I sent them away, contacted Arrow XX and requested a call back. Manager called me, said the crew were trained and it was my fault I had sent them away. The manager was a disgrace and would not do anything to help. Just told me to contact Miele.

Delivery turned up… My husband greeted them, and said the American Frudge/freezer, will need to go through our back gate, and into the kitchen The drivers assistant said that’s not going through that gate! The driver said yes it will, my husband came in got a tape measure, and said yes it definitely will, if it helps I’ll remove the gate, and I’ll help To which the drivers assistant said” I’m not delivering that due to my bad shoulder! I need to think of my health! My husband replied, if you’re not fit for work why are you here? Driver reply… Right I’m off! Didn’t even take the appliance off of the lorry! He couldn’t be bothered to deliver! Thankyou we now are without a fridge/freezer I cancelled the order, rather go with someone else who doesn’t use this company! I’d give them zero stars! Then had the cheek to say my husband used bad language! He didn’t as I stood by the window and heard every word! Avoid at all costs!

Wouldn't give 1 star really booked a delivery in and then they changed the date and gave a 'will be delivered by' date instead. Re-booked and paid for a next day delivery slot, booked the day off work and received a text from them to say they couldn't deliver and would be in touch to re-book a delivery. Had the same thing happen in the past with another delivery but gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it was a one off. No phone number anywhere to get hold of them so had to go onto live chat and tell them to cancel it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone at any cost

Bad delivery, I booked delivery date and booked annual leave so I receive my item Only to notice on the day that they had changed dates and when you text them in what’s app they tell you that unfortunately you didn’t track , they don’t communicate that they are changing dates , some of the people are not always online tracking parcels so we will never know without being notified …..

The worst experience 1st attempt of Amazon deliver with instructions to leave with neighbour. Delivery was 3 hrs behind schedule. Driver calls ask if someone in , we say yes if not leave next door. He cancels the delivery and marks it as failed attempt. 6 days later after plenty of chasing. Delivery driver calls at 7:40am thinking it’s a residential delivery , says he’s 10 mins away. The rudest delivery driver , said he was a driver not representing the company. Nothing he can do . Told him 8 am is the earliest , he said I. Not having this conversation and hangs up. Trackers days - failed attempt. The driver didn’t even try and cancelled remotely. After chasing the package all day. I learn the driver is now accusing us of being abusive and they still have the package approaching 2 weeks with no sign of delivery. My was put on hold but the handler left the line open accidentally. , we heard all the conversation and they supported the driver without any investigation. Good job our calls are recorded ! Unbelievable !!
