Absolutely appalling service. Was messaged to say delivery was due by 1.15pm and then got a call at 5.55pm to say due to the weather they couldn't delivery. Utter lies, followed the tracker and they stopped for a couple of hours and then clearly were finishing at 6pm. When asked about the weather conditions they couldn't explain what the effect was. Blatant lies as they were only 2 stops away. Appalling service. Disgraceful that Amazon associate with them.

Very bad service. Didn't follow there own procedure. Turn up before booking window, leave card sorry we missed you and lied about time. Would Not recommend to anyone

Be cautious about investing here. They are quick to take your money, but when it's time to withdraw, they ignore your calls and emails, eventually vanishing. I ended up losing $37,455 to them. Luckily, I came across a contact (dorisashley71 (@) gmail.com) who specializes in recovering lost funds and tracking fraud. Thanks to their help, I was able to recover my money. It’s working not properly and members staff who Is the girl answer my call was so rude . I highly recommend away this carrier , first they working not properly the items not arrived time which the date estimate as you expected then you have been requested cancellation delivery and they had been confirmed that the items will send back retailer but why they still send ppl to come my home ring a bell for collection . It’s bother me .

I have never known a company as bad as this. Order was meant to be here on 7th December. Didn't arrive. After supposedly trying again still nothing. When trying to call them, you are about 40 in the queue. My phone bill will be alarming. Companys should stop using them. I finally received my order Christmas eve. Box all battered and torn. The first crew that delivered to me, where great. Received my order early. Guys couldn't do enough. If I order anything large again, I will cancel if using Arrow XL

Been waiting for our TV which we bought over 3 weeks ago! ArrowXL are beyond useless, saying that we were not in the last few times when we were and have been waiting for all this time. They didn't even drive down my road and lie that they did. Why do Amazon insist on using them for large items? I'm now going to cancel the order and go get the TV myself. Liars and utterly useless. This is the second large item they haven't bothered to deliver in the last 6 months.

Pig ignorance!!! Would give 0* if possible! Parcel was supposed to arrive between 8am to 8pm on the 16th - stayed in all day only to be told (at 8pm!) by Amazon that the delivery had been cancelled and to contact the seller. Was rearranged for the 20th. Unfortunately, the people delivering were pig ignorant when it did come! Big heavy wardrobe flat pack and chest of drawers dumped on the bottom of the steps and not even a single offer to help (not that you should have to ask) me up the stairs with it. This was despite me clearly struggling and straining my back and was just ignored once they'd dumped it on my door! Totally rude delivery men and atrocious delivery experience overall. Never again! Avoid like the plague even if it means paying extra for delivery. Cannot believe the ignorance of this company - hopefully they'll stop getting contracts and have to dissolve (not fit for purpose). Disgusting that Amazon uses these clowns!

Pathetic knocked my door to check someone in my daughter answered the door to confirm right address drive then walked 50 metres to van and never came back no delivery no reason why pathetic

Saying it has been delivered with signature I have ring door bell footage to show I didn’t answer after they was 45 minutes late with no phone call 30 minutes prior as stated

If I could give no star rating I would shocking company worst about AVOID at all costs!! 2 days I waited in for a delivery on behalf of appliances direct for my item and The first time I had no communication, they just didn’t show up and today just put it down on their system Could not locate address. Still no communication didn’t phone me for directions or nothing funny thing is the driver was around the corner from my house! will never ever use this company again appalling!!! And to top it of you can never get through to customer services or if you can there just as useless!

Anonymous. What a total waste of time is lot are we have wasted two days waiting for a delivery they lie all the time have cancelled the orderwith the supplier,please don't get caught up with this lot.

Disgrace of a company was told my order would arrive on the ninth of December.. on the ninth they text me to say for unseeable circumstances they wasn’t able to deliver they said it would be tomorrow the 10th. Then I checked my tracking for my delivery it says it was delivered on the 9th no delivery whatsoever.. I’m trying to find my delivery to no response whatsoever I’m fuming if this company thinks they can keep having people over they need a rain check I’m not leaving this I want my delivery they have ruined my grand daughters birthday all I can say is do not yous this company total sham

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Gave me a date and time slot for a new cooker. Cancelled on the day of delivery via email stating they hadn't received it. Company I purchased from said they had. Phoned Arrow - 45 mins on hold and the advisor said it hadn't been scanned in at any of their depots. The original company said that their tracking said that Arrow had sent it to the wrong depot and were now sending it back to my local one! Tried to contact Arrow XL on live chat - no one connects and then they end the chat at 6:40pm because they shut!! All day I was on live chat and nothing. Facebook messenger is the same - no answer. Finally got through on the phone again today - 35 mins on hold this time and 'Theo' tells me it is 'attached to a route' and will take a day or two to clear before it can be booked in for delivery! I said this does not make sense and asked to speak to a manager. Theo told me a manager would say exactly the same but I said I still wanted to speak to someone. He refused and terminated the call. I mean I ordered an oven because mine broke! I have now had no oven and no hob for over a week and it makes me wonder if it'll arrive in time for Christmas! Couldn't make it up.

Utter rubbish. Two deliveries from these monkeys and both either smashed (and returned) or lost in space. The support system doesn't work. The tracking system doesn't work. The delivery slot system doesn't work, and they lie about it all. On hold to support, they cut the call off. Online system just sits doing nothing. Their website states "We really are here to help - Monday to Friday 7am-7pm and Saturday 7am-6pm. Our helpful and friendly live chat advisors are ready to answer your questions. There's less than 10 seconds to wait and it's totally free." which is utterly false.

I ordered a door from Amazon on the 22nd of November and STILL I’m waiting. Trying to contact this company is impossible, either by phone or online. I have now had to order another door. Arrow XL is a misnomer. Arrow by definition is speedy, fast and hits its it target. Wow this company is like a phantom. I have no choice in who the courier will. Here’s hoping it won’t be this company. Disgraceful!

2 delivery slots did not turn up to either no communication to say they were not coming only saying the time slot of both deliveries which they did not turn up too Have cancelled my order Do not use waste of my time

Arrow XL the worst courier service I’ve had the displeasure of having an item delivered by. Their customer service is almost non existent because they never connect with you on their Chat app. As this is the only way to contact them then receiving updates or amending delivery dates is impossible. Waited more than 2 weeks to have a desk delivered. On the original delivery date they cancelled delivery at 3:15pm after having stayed in most of the day, then without any discussion they decide to reschedule the delivery for a date that I’m not at home fir. However, my daughter youngest daughter, who the parcel was intended for as a christmas gift, was at home and took delivery of it. And just to make extra sure that her Christmas surprise was ruined the delivery driver even announced to her what the parcel was. If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

One of the worst delivery companies going. Do not use. I will be making sure any of my orders aren’t delivered by these. If not I won’t buy. Given time 0845-1145. So thought ok, can take the tv over after made arrangements as if was brought for someone else. Can’t contact, no contact on messages. Nothing abysmal!! Seems they do as they wish. Sorry very if you use these never again will I buy ever how good the offer.

Been waiting 8-10 working days for a delivery. Got told that i will get a text after 2 days to select a day. Got nothing. Realised i had the phone number was a bit wrong. Took 3+ hours to connect to a person. I was also supposed to receive an email and be able to select what day i want the delivery. Still nothing. The delivery is taking absolutely forever to get to my local area.
