Lies, no delivery two days in a row. ‘Van broken down’ then ‘nobody home’. Customer service rude and unhelpful. The live chat refused to connect me to a manager. Two operators terminated my polite chat. Still haven’t received my mattress and no confidence that I will.

I had absolutely bad experience with this company for second time. With no attention to the address they went to the wrong address and noted I wasn’t home.

They lied about the package not sent to them by merchant, then they said it was received to late (even tho their own system has a log that says otherwise), lastly they offered a new delivery slot that is 5 days after the original one.

Paid extra for next day delivery for white goods. Was sent a message at 4.30pm that they hadn't loaded the item onto the van! Ended up having to cancel the order as they couldn't say when it would be delivered and I can't be at home for deliveries outside of school holidays. Will order again from a company who doesn't use this delivery firm

Terrible service.I Ordered a tumble dryer from AMAZON who use arrowxl . Arrowxl Lied and said I was not in for my delivery don’t they know we have door cameras that records everything including deliveries and visitors, plus my mobile is with me 24/7, NO PHONE CALL I did ring customer services as soon as I got the message “delivery attempted” and she said she thinks they will come back ( they didn’t ) I don’t know when they are coming back as it is now Friday evening had no messages My big chest freezer is outside as had to move it this morning so they could deliver my tumble dryer which didn’t turn up. i could understand them saying “van broke down” but to lie and say they tried to deliver is not on. It reflects bad for AMAZON using them

Just an absolutely terrible experience with this company delivering my washing machine the hose was not connected so when I turned on the water that kitchen flooded the other end of the hose was damaged to the sink. They also proceeded to damage my door which I did not notice until they are gone a very and attitude on the staff just zero cares given absolutely low class never again ordering from very

Arrow XL was supposed to deliver a sofa to my parents house. Instead they went to the wrong house, didn't bother to call my parents even though they had their number, left a note at the wrong address and then LIED about going to my parents. I have checked the RING doorbell footage and lo and behold no delivery van at supposed time of delivery. My father then rang the company and they said it was impossible to deliver the sofa that day even after informing them the old one had been taken away and they are OAP's in their seventies. My parents now have to wait 5 DAYS for the next delivery why they sit on deck chairs. Absolute disgrace of a company!

Absolute shambles of a company, rude drivers who block your number when you try to ring back Turn top at a retail address at 6.24 for a delivery arranged for 8.30 - 6.00 pm Avoid at all costs

Absolutely disgusting!! 3 failed delivery attempts for a fridge freezer from very when we were in every time. 1st time they said they couldn't deliver because of 3 steps at the front door so just went. Didn't even knock to say they would leave it outside. We called them and the two delivery men were so rude and just hung up. 3rd time we made sure the front door was wide open my and husband was outside working in the front garden to then receive another missed delivery attempt email! They didn't even come! We requested proof and they re send an old photo of the front of house from last week!! We know it's an old photo as door not open, washing handing out today and not in old photo as well as long grass and now been cut! The delivery men are Absolute lazy liers!!!! We even carried out the old fridge to road side for them to take as paid extra for this. Now we're left again with no fridge freezer and 3 children to cater for! Absolutely disgusting service.

Absolutely rubbish company. Useless, incompetent, unprofessional, shouldn’t be trading. I cancelled my fridge freezer order with VERY because of AXL. Two confirmed delivery slots a week apart and 3 weeks later I still havent had it delivered. I’ve got a refund from VERY and am going to order from a different company but will check first that they don’t use AXL. If they do, I will find another company to order from!!! They really are that bad

My delivery was 24 hours late, only communication was 5 mins before it turned up. Tried talking to customer services but they are not interested. Do not use this shambles of a delivery company.

Turned up 30 minutes late and put a huge scratch in my new wooden floor. Then tried to tell me it wasn’t new! ( it’s literally a week old). Then the delivery crew told me they would pay for the damage, but the company are refusing to do that. Dishonest, disreputable and incompetent. Avoid.

Was supposed to recieve a sofa from these on Tuesday, had a slot time for delivery. Never showed up, rang them they said Saturday but we recieved no slot times. Rang for slot time this morning, said we’re now expecting them Wednesday. Absolute useless guy on the phone basically tried to blame us for them not delivering on Tuesday. He was very unhelpful and I said I need this delivery Tuesday at latest and he was no help what so ever.

I bought a fridge from Debenhams and was told it would be delivered by ArrowXL. According to the reviews on trust pilot, I thought it would be a simple and easy process. This could not be further from the truth. Not only have I paid £5 for 2 day delivery which is now days late, I am also being ignored by the so called "customer service". The live chat didn't get back to me at all so I messaged them on WhatsApp. Terrible responses after ignoring me multiple times and when they did respond, it was to only one part of the message with a simple 1 sentence reply. They are claiming I cannot get a refund through them and to go through debenhams, which wouldn't be an issue if I had an item to return, which I don't because no one turned up to deliver it. They claim no one was home when I was sat by my front door waiting for it to turn up. No card was left and the map stopped updating the driver's location before they supposedly got to my house. I still have no fridge, no refund and no response. The customer service is disgusting and appalling. Beware if your order is being delivered by them because the chances of you actually getting it on time or at all is extremely low.
