I have ring door bell footage to show I didn’t answer after they was 45 minutes late with no phone call 30 minutes prior as stated”
“If I could give no star rating I would shocking company worst about AVOID at all costs!! 2 days I waited in for a delivery on behalf of appliances direct for my item and The first time I had no communication, they just didn’t show up and today just put it down on their system Could not locate address. Still no communication didn’t phone me for directions or nothing funny thing is the driver was around the corner from my house! will never ever use this company again appalling!!! And to top it of you can never get through to customer services or if you can there just as useless!”

“Disgrace of a company was told my order would arrive on the ninth of December.. on the ninth they text me to say for unseeable circumstances they wasn’t able to deliver they said it would be tomorrow the 10th. Then I checked my tracking for my delivery it says it was delivered on the 9th no delivery whatsoever.. I’m trying to find my delivery to no response whatsoever I’m fuming if this company thinks they can keep having people over they need a rain check I’m not leaving this I want my delivery they have ruined my grand daughters birthday all I can say is do not yous this company total sham”
“Worst company I have ever dealt with. Gave me a date and time slot for a new cooker. Cancelled on the day of delivery via email stating they hadn't received it. Company I purchased from said they had. Phoned Arrow - 45 mins on hold and the advisor said it hadn't been scanned in at any of their depots.
The original company said that their tracking said that Arrow had sent it to the wrong depot and were now sending it back to my local one!
Tried to contact Arrow XL on live chat - no one connects and then they end the chat at 6:40pm because they shut!! All day I was on live chat and nothing. Facebook messenger is the same - no answer.
Finally got through on the phone again today - 35 mins on hold this time and 'Theo' tells me it is 'attached to a route' and will take a day or two to clear before it can be booked in for delivery! I said this does not make sense and asked to speak to a manager. Theo told me a manager would say exactly the same but I said I still wanted to speak to someone. He refused and terminated the call.
I mean I ordered an oven because mine broke! I have now had no oven and no hob for over a week and it makes me wonder if it'll arrive in time for Christmas! Couldn't make it up.”
“Utter rubbish. Two deliveries from these monkeys and both either smashed (and returned) or lost in space. The support system doesn't work. The tracking system doesn't work. The delivery slot system doesn't work, and they lie about it all. On hold to support, they cut the call off. Online system just sits doing nothing. Their website states "We really are here to help - Monday to Friday 7am-7pm and Saturday 7am-6pm. Our helpful and friendly live chat advisors are ready to answer your questions. There's less than 10 seconds to wait and it's totally free." which is utterly false.”
“I ordered a door from Amazon on the 22nd of November and STILL I’m waiting. Trying to contact this company is impossible, either by phone or online. I have now had to order another door. Arrow XL is a misnomer. Arrow by definition is speedy, fast and hits its it target. Wow this company is like a phantom.
I have no choice in who the courier will. Here’s hoping it won’t be this company.

“Arrow XL the worst courier service I’ve had the displeasure of having an item delivered by. Their customer service is almost non existent because they never connect with you on their Chat app. As this is the only way to contact them then receiving updates or amending delivery dates is impossible. Waited more than 2 weeks to have a desk delivered. On the original delivery date they cancelled delivery at 3:15pm after having stayed in most of the day, then without any discussion they decide to reschedule the delivery for a date that I’m not at home fir. However, my daughter youngest daughter, who the parcel was intended for as a christmas gift, was at home and took delivery of it. And just to make extra sure that her Christmas surprise was ruined the delivery driver even announced to her what the parcel was. If I could give this company 0 stars I would.”

I will be making sure any of my orders aren’t delivered by these. If not I won’t buy. Given time 0845-1145. So thought ok, can take the tv over after made arrangements as if was brought for someone else. Can’t contact, no contact on messages. Nothing abysmal!!

“Been waiting 8-10 working days for a delivery. Got told that i will get a text after 2 days to select a day. Got nothing. Realised i had the phone number was a bit wrong. Took 3+ hours to connect to a person. I was also supposed to receive an email and be able to select what day i want the delivery.
Still nothing.
The delivery is taking absolutely forever to get to my local area.”
“Absolutely shocking service. I paid £40 through Furniture123 specifically for delivery today as I’m a shift worker and today was the only availability. Once delivery was confirmed, the supplied me with a 2 hour time slot which coincided with a pre-booked appointment. But it would’ve been fine because the email said the driver would call ahead up to 30 minutes prior to arrival. I would’ve been able to leave the appointment to take the delivery. I received a text message to say that delivery was unsuccessful. The driver never called me and was 6 minutes earlier that the designated slot too. Customer service were polite but said there was nothing they could do apart from put a note on the system to request the driver to call ahead next time (which they said they would’ve done the first time in their email!). I’ve just gone to rebook delivery which now can’t be attempted for another 8 days away!!! It’s just ridiculous, I get my shifts 1 week at a time and I won’t even know what I’m working then. I’ll be calling back tomorrow to complain further. So glad I dismantled the old bed in preparation for receiving the new one which I’ve now had to put back together. If I see companies use Arrow XL in the future for their deliveries, I really will think twice before purchasing.”

“ordered treadmill and amazon chose arrowXL, they changed delivery day pushing delivery out to a week and then on delivery day pushed a week back again, contacted amazon, they say they are helpless and asking me to wait for arrowxl to deliver and then refuse to get a refund. it's 600 pounds item locked with amazon and with a horrible service from arrowXL.”

“This company has failed twice to deliver two radiators to us. We were even willing to collect the radiators from the bottom of our lane, but the first time the driver wouldn't wait five minutes for us to get to the bottom of our lane, and the second time, he phoned to say he was eight minutes away, and then just didn't turn up. Absolute rubbish”
