I ordered a door from Amazon on the 22nd of November and STILL I’m waiting. Trying to contact this company is impossible, either by phone or online. I have now had to order another door. Arrow XL is a misnomer. Arrow by definition is speedy, fast and hits its it target. Wow this company is like a phantom.
I have no choice in who the courier will. Here’s hoping it won’t be this company.
Disgraceful!
