Absolutely shocking service. I paid £40 through Furniture123 specifically for delivery today as I’m a shift worker and today was the only availability. Once delivery was confirmed, the supplied me with a 2 hour time slot which coincided with a pre-booked appointment. But it would’ve been fine because the email said the driver would call ahead up to 30 minutes prior to arrival. I would’ve been able to leave the appointment to take the delivery. I received a text message to say that delivery was unsuccessful. The driver never called me and was 6 minutes earlier that the designated slot too. Customer service were polite but said there was nothing they could do apart from put a note on the system to request the driver to call ahead next time (which they said they would’ve done the first time in their email!). I’ve just gone to rebook delivery which now can’t be attempted for another 8 days away!!! It’s just ridiculous, I get my shifts 1 week at a time and I won’t even know what I’m working then. I’ll be calling back tomorrow to complain further. So glad I dismantled the old bed in preparation for receiving the new one which I’ve now had to put back together. If I see companies use Arrow XL in the future for their deliveries, I really will think twice before purchasing.
