This company has failed twice to deliver two radiators to us. We were even willing to collect the radiators from the bottom of our lane, but the first time the driver wouldn't wait five minutes for us to get to the bottom of our lane, and the second time, he phoned to say he was eight minutes away, and then just didn't turn up.
