I was supposed to be having a television delivered from them today ordered through Amazon. I waited a week and on delivery day I decided I would check to see if there was any updates, nothing so I went through my emails and in the spam box there was a message from Arrow saying I needed to book an delivery appointment! The next available drop off was 29th November 3 weeks after the item was ordered so I just cancelled the order. Imagine if I had never thought to look in the spam folder I would have been waiting forever for a delivery that was never arriving.
