Absolutely useless, waited in all day for a damaged cooker to be picked up to be told that they had tried to pick it up and I wasn't in. I've been waiting all day for this to be picked up and I know 100 percent no one has been to my address as I've had the front door open all day. Absolute blaggers who obviously wanted an early finish on a Friday and pass the blame to me, the customer.
