ArrowXL has failed to collect my return parcel 3 times and it has been left in my hallway dangerously as I have young children it can fall at any time. The only reason I even bought it back down was because they stated they would collect the next day! That was a week ago! I have never experienced such bad customer service EVER.
the agents don’t want to know what you have to say! I would say Avoid at all costs! Such a shame that VERY has to use this company for collection
