It was the worst experience I ever had with delivery company and the customer service. Coming whenever they want, no one call me to inform about schedule changes, according to map they were at absolutely different place. After 5 days I received my parcels wet and damaged.
Customer service replies with one sentence after hour or two. And the end they apologies but there is nothing they can do.
