I had the unfortunate experience of using ArrowXL for the delivery and installation of a washing machine, and I am beyond dissatisfied with the entire process.
First and foremost, the delivery crew arrived and refused to install the washing machine as part of the service I paid for. They then walked off, claiming they would drop it off but drove away instead, leaving me without the appliance. To make matters worse, they took the washing machine with them—something I had already paid for.
I tried to resolve the situation calmly by asking for their names and requesting that they leave the washing machine so I could get someone else to install it. However, instead of resolving the issue professionally, the crew became rude and walked off without any further communication. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional, and I was left in a highly inconvenient situation, especially since I have young children at home and urgently need the washing machine.
The response from ArrowXL has been equally disappointing. Instead of addressing the crew’s unacceptable actions, I’ve been told that my order is canceled and that they are in the process of returning the washing machine to the retailer for a refund. However, I still do not have the washing machine I paid for, and I am now being treated as if I am at fault for simply asking for the service I was promised.
This experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I would strongly caution anyone thinking about using ArrowXL for delivery and installation services. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction are completely unacceptable.
