First and foremost, the delivery crew arrived and refused to install the washing machine as part of the service I paid for. They then walked off, claiming they would drop it off but drove away instead, leaving me without the appliance. To make matters worse, they took the washing machine with them—something I had already paid for.

Told me that once it was tagged back into the warehouse in Worcester they would attempt the delivery. Promise of 24hrs notice was made. A week of phone calls later nothing had arrived.
