“I'm not sure putting a 'sorry we missed you note' through the door constitutes attempted delivery. I'm even less sure they actually rang the door bell or knocked the door. I'm completely sure they didn't try to call when they said they did, and I'm never going to call anyone liars, but they certainly aren't telling the truth. Avoid.”
“Supposed to have a new mattress delivered today. When they hadn’t shown up after the end of my delivery slot I contacted their “customer service” team, which was a nightmare all it’s own, only to be told it wasn’t put on the van to “prevent damage“ and really they were doing me a favour. Now I have to wait another 8 days for something that was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days. I will certainly think twice about ordering from any company who use these guys as courier in the future.”
“Totally useless,Tracking app a waist of time ,9am told it would be delivered between 2pm and 4pm , The app showed at 1.30pm the truck had parked up in stoke aldermoor and never changed again all day. Then at 5.42pm the tracking app changed and said were sorry were running early and now they would deliver between 1.11pm and 3.11pm .Which they never , All so they said they would phone mobile 30 mins before delivering , Which they never did either. Then Monday morning the tracking app claimed the parcel had been delivered and a digital signature obtained , Which was a blatant lie and what seems like attempted theft !. Ovidu and James totally failed and lied about the delivery, and I have screen caps of the tracking system to prove it . I should phone the police and report an attempted theft !.”
“And now ArrowXL have just contacted me claiming to have a photo of my front door as proof of attempted delivery and they claim my door is blue , which obviously it is not it is green, also they claim the phone number that Sports Direct gave them was the wrong number which is strange as Sports Direct have been contacting me on my mobile with the correct number ?more lies ! Do not trust this company you will be let down and then lied to ,you may end up in dispute and calling the police over attempted theft of goods.”
“Arrow xl are working on behalf of littlewoods to deliver three items of furniture. They have failed to deliver on two occasions the first time they said we weren’t in which we were the driver phoned fifteen minutes before delivery which my partner found him hard to understand due to his strong accent. He then allegedly arrived and attempted access but the father in law who was there on our behalf heard no buzz and no letter was left in our box like the driver said he had left for us. My partner then attempted to call to ask where he was however he refused to answer his phone we then were told that we had to make a new appointment. So today I was in and had had a day off work only to find that arrow xl had failed to locate our items in their stores and so had cancelled our delivery with on the day notice. When I spoke to arrow xl they said that they were investigating when I spoke to littlewoods who had spoke to arrow xl it turns out that arrow xl had misplaced one of our items so littlewoods felt the best action to take was to cancel the order and re-start it as they thought that was our best chance of getting our order.
