“Very upset that the kit I ordered required extraequipment. More than I needed for other kits. Obtained telephone number from Internet. No telephone number on order list. Just an email for contact. Telephone number not answered after 25 minutes continued ringing. Sent email and asked for a callback. The computer replied but no callback. Very disappointing.”
