“I love how everything is so well thought. Through the process of packaging, it is so nicely and beautifully done. Makes me feel special. I want to thank Patrick for making my perfect memory box to keep all of our adventures pictures in it. Rich for engraving our family names and also Stacie for packing the shipment so nicely. Everything arrived safely and I couldn't be any more happy. Ready for many more adventures to come.”

“I tried to find the perfect gift for my best friend after her wedding. The wine box with the wood etching of a picture I sent in was the perfect gift. The owners always responded immediately to my questions and kept me up-to-date on the progress of the box. They were more than helpful when I realized I had made a mistake on the date and they helped problem solve and made that process so easy for me. The final product was incredible and worth every penny. I highly recommend Artificer Wood Works for a meaningful and stunning gift.”

“The entire experience of placing/receiving my order was above and beyond what I ever would have expected. We were invited to a very last minute wedding with no registry. In my panic of not knowing what to get my brother and new sister, I found this beautiful wine box with its lovely inscriptions and knew it would be perfect. Aside from placing the order to my specifications, the real quality showed when I had placed that order late night Saturday in hopes of receiving the item before Thursday morning. After everything was ordered I sent an email begging for sympathy not really expecting much of a response. To my surprise, I got an email back almost immediately advising the normal turn times but that they would rush production and make sure we had the box before we had to leave for the wedding. I was thrilled and they truly calmed some seriously anxious nerves. In addition to the expedited service, I requested a small change in the inscription knowing that it was highly unlikely given my rushed request and last minute changes. They advised the same, that it was unlikely and I accepted because it wasn’t anything major. Boy was I surprised when I received the gift. Not only is it gorgeous craftsmanship and truly a beautiful piece, but they also made the changes to my inscription! We couldn’t believe it and we are so grateful! My brother absolutely loved it and it was a showstopper amongst the other gifts at the wedding. Thank you ‘X’ a million!! Your company, the communication, the craftsmanship and the experience as whole were truly one of a kind. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Artificer Wood Works!”

“The wine box made a fantastic wedding gift... the company helped me tremendously and their customer service was beyond excellent. My letters were all caps and exceeding the lines. They contacted me with corrections and made it look fantastic. Absolutely impress and thank you so much for taking the time to customize my order and providing better corrections. “This is my third time ordering from Artificer and they always provide an excellent product. The product feels solid and the lettering and designs are precise - everything about it feels like quality and makes me feel good to give it as a gift. “I ordered a wine box, engraved on the inside lid, for my boss. It is her 65th birthday. This box is absolutely beautiful! All hand made and finished perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased. She is going to love it. It says on the outside "we couldn't do what we do without you". She can keep this in her office and always know how much she means to me. Very unique gift idea for someone that has everything.”
