“What an amazing experience! Rich was unbelievably helpful. Walked me through the process and helped me customize a anniversary wine box for my brothers wedding gift. All the boxes I was finding online didn't have all the components I really wanted in this special gift. I emailed asking if i could customize something. Putting their names on the box and actual open on dates on the pull tabs ( expecting that this wasn't going to attainable) much to my surprise Rich said that it was not a problem at all :) he even worked with me to meet my very tight deadline, sending proofs of the box back and forth and making it and sending it out all within 1 or two days, unbelievable! I don't know many companies who have amazing customer service and super fast processing times. Thank you so much. You guys rock!!”

“The product is well made and exactly what is advertised. That is normally the end of a product review, but I want buyers to know that this company doesn't just stuff the product in a box and send it to you. They promptly answer emails, do their best to accommodate special requests, and really answer your questions. I do not hesitate to post bad reviews and I feel equally obligated to post good reviews. Artificer Wood Works is one of those rare companies that offer quality products, honestly advertise what they sell, and care enough to communicate with their customers. I bought this Anniversary Wine Box for my wedding and was not disappointed.”
