“Meanwhile I'm wearing the artilect elevate primaloft jacket , hoodie jacket , hoodie and some t shirts and I love them all . I have the feeling of having almost nothing on because the clothes are so light , warm very well , gives a wonderful skin feeling / I am very excited to have found this brand / fantastic . For many years I like to wear merino clothes , but this here is really a step forward / thank you so much . I feel very good about it !”

“I didn’t give a five star due to the following reasons: The website states free shipping but that’s only if your order is more than about $100. This is for shipping to the U.S. And I had to email CS for tracking info. On a positive note, I am very happy with the tops I ordered. Customer service is responsive. Now, if only a sports bra for running made of Nuyarn becomes available , I’d be very happy.”

“I bought this top to walk the Coast to Coast path after my last merino garment laddered. I was very impressed by it despite the cost. It keeps it shape so well and because it's a bit longer it doesn't ride up. In my opinion it's a really good buy so I've bought a second one in black.”

“Purchased a few pieces from Artilect and I am very happy with them. I love how they have the wool amount/fiber amounts on directly on the shirt. I love that the shirts have the hooks that they have on them so that you can hang them to dry. Also the breathability of these shirts are AMAZING! I love the ventilation down the sides.”

“Smooth checkout and nice website. Love the company values and materials chosen for clothing. The jacket I purchased seems to be constructed with high quality. Tracking seemed to have some issues. While the website mentioned that a tracking number would be provided, I never received an email or saw it updated on my order history page. Ended up having to go to FedEx's site as I have an account with them to see incoming deliveries.”

“My experience with Artilect has been great, the materials, design and fit in your products is great. And customer service has also been good. The only thing I would like to see a change in is the size inclusivity. I'm a woman with a slightly taller and muscular, but still a lean build and I have to order a size L or XL in all of your gear. This means that you are losing on a large portion of potential customers, that are taller and larger than me. I would like to see some added plus sizes for your products in the future.”
