“Loved the end-of-season sale prices. Buying and returning was flawless. They had some changes with their website right after I bought some stuff, so that I couldn't create a return label online, but the support responded immediately and arranged a pick up. Excellent! Only downside for me was the mediocre fit for me as a tall/skinny person, so that I didn't keep any of the ordered items in the end :(”

“Update: My issue got resolved after a couple contact attempts. ------------------ I like Artilect products, use a couple of, and can fully recommend them. The customer support for/in Germany on the other hand is, well, non existent. My ordernumber is XXXXXXXXXX.”
