Having been a die-hard fan of Artisan du Chocolat for many years, I am no longer. My first online order this week has been a disaster. Not the best ordering experience, in any case, but (as you would expect with a largely gifted product) it did allow for the billing address to differ from the recipient's address. After all, how often would you want the recipient of your gift to get the bill? Good, you would think. However, having repeatedly checked to make sure I had entered the correct details for both the recipient and me, when the order was confirmed, the billing address was the same as the recipient's address.
Artisan du Chocolat recommend that you call if you have any problems, but it was impossible to reach anyone. A message was left for the Retail Manager to get back to me; he has not. An email to the CEO remains unanswered. This is not a business that cares for customers.
And so, having been a fan of the product for many years, our love affair is over.”
