“I bought a print for $300 and waited about 6 weeks for it to arrive. I live in Hawaii and order a print of palm trees and ocean. I received birch trees in snow. They sent me the wrong print. I quickly contacted the company and received a less than apologetic response. They were like, okay, send it back and we’ll send you the correct one. I spent a lot of time repackaging the framed print and spent $100 to send it back. Company somewhere in England, which I didn’t know at the time I ordered the print. . I then decided to cancel my order because of the attitude and lack of concern I received from the company. I swear they acted like it was my fault, they sent the wrong print. When I asked to be reimbursed for the shipping cost to return the item, they refused stating all return cost are the responsibility of the sender. Even though they sent me the wrong print, they stated the only way they would refund my original cost was to pay for the return myself. In the end, I spent $400+ and got $300 back and no print. My wife said I could get the same print from Walmart or Target for 1/3 of the price. A complete waste of my time and money dealing with ARTLexy. A company that has no respect for its customers and takes no responsibility on the mistake they made. Never again!”
