“I received a damaged shipment from this company. The package was missing some items as well. I took pictures to verify the situation and contacted the company immediately. They told me it was not their responsibility, but that I needed to contact UPS. However, they add an additional charge onto every order for “route package protection”, in addition to shipping charges. When I asked about what the “route package protection“ was, I got no response. I asked that back ordered items be canceled and refunded. They couldn’t tell me when the items would ship. However, no refund has been issued and no questions about the refund have been answered. And they won’t answer their customer service phone lines. They just ask that you leave a message that no one returns.”
“Ordered hand sanitizer, received a totally different product then what was in the website. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t refund my money or allow me to return the product even though I didn’t get what I paid for. See photos I’be added, ingredients list different in the bottle I received vs. whats advertised on their website”
“I ordered their hand sanitizer in good faith DIRECTLY FROM THEIR WEBSITE and this is what they sent me, Dawn Dish soap!!!!
As of yet I have not managed to get a refund or any response from the company.
Do not trust them!!”
